The context
Yalla China is a Moroccan study-abroad agency that takes students from a first conversation to their arrival on a campus in one of six Chinese cities. Its clients are students and, just as much, their parents — people deciding on a big, expensive step in a country they don't know.
The problem
Families needed clarity and trust around studying abroad in China. Language and cultural distance created friction; reassurance was missing.
